We are excited to share that ISB will be joining ITP Sport at the Petro-Canada Sport Leadership Sportif Conference, taking place on November 14-15, 2024, at Treaty 4 in Regina, Saskatchewan. Michael Thompson – Chief Commercial Officer
A visionary leader with over 25 years of experience, Michael has a proven track record in the Canadian technology sector. His customer-centric approach and team-building talent have fostered growth and innovation at ISB. Michael previously led significant advancements in the travel and leisure industry, creating the largest consumer travel business in North America.

Stephen Anderson – Chief Operating Officer
With over two decades at ISB, Stephen brings a wealth of experience in investigations and information management. His focus on client excellence and process improvements drives organizational success. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Stephen mentors his team to reach their full potential and has played a key role in ISB’s business development across North America.

Candice Pyke – Director of Business Development
An experienced sports advocate, Candice has a strong passion for hockey and soccer that has guided her career. She began coaching at the age of 16 and has since developed a deep understanding of managing sports leagues and teams. Her expertise in sports management, combined with her commitment to developing young athletes, positions her as a respected leader in the sports community.

Néhémie Kankolongo — Account Manager
With a strong background in SaaS sales and experience as both a professional and amateur athlete, including time spent playing in the Canadian Football League, Néhémie is now the Account Manager for the Sports Compliance division at ISB. In this role, he focuses on building client relationships and providing exceptional service in the background screening industry. Néhémie navigates the complexities of background checks to ensure compliance with industry standards, aiming to be a trusted partner in helping clients develop secure and high-performing teams.
