Peter continues to be a highly recognizable figure in the security and duty of care industry, collaborating across global markets by forging long-lasting partnerships and offering best-in-class services to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
Beyond his leadership skills, he maintains a strong affiliation with the Young Presidents’ Organization, is a Harvard Executive Education attendee, and is continually relied upon as a subject matter expert in use-of-force training, crisis management, risk assessment, and personal/asset protection. He also specializes in labor dispute management, crisis and natural disaster response, executive and close protection services, and cargo security.
As a highly regarded keynote speaker, Peter has lent his knowledge to endless institutions and trade shows. He focuses on the importance of highly detailed risk analyses and proactive measures to enhance safety while protecting both people and property. Mr. Martin previously held an adjunct professor status teaching Advanced Security Management & Security Law in a leading graduate studies program in Canada.

Since joining the background industry, Melissa has taken an active role in the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). She has chaired several committees with the PBSA, ranging from the US Council to Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group. Melissa holds several masters degrees in Business Administration, Public Administration, and Information Security Management. Melissa also holds a paralegal certification as well as an Advanced FCRA Certification.

Elvin prides himself on being a brand ambassador while emphasizing strong client service. He has exhibited the ability to develop and maintain top-performing sales teams while managing complex and ongoing organizational change. Elvin thrives on working alongside enterprise clients and navigating complex critical business issues. He continues to set high standards for himself and those he works with by leveraging data and driving profitability.


To date, his focus has been primarily on new business generation within the technology, HCM, and workforce management space as an Enterprise Account Executive. He has confidently guided his FP500 and Fortune 500 C-level clientele through complex sales processes resulting in impactful, measurable, and meaningful business transformations.
Adam excels at establishing a deep, rooted understanding of his client’s business challenges and requirements from their customers’ unique perspectives, which allows for a truly collaborative solution process, and ultimately, a successful implementation and execution of their strategic initiatives. Adam holds a BA from the University of Alberta.

Courtney joined ISB Global Services in 2022 as Director of Sales. He is a current member of PBSA, Traffic and Transportation Professionals, and a WVU Alumni. Mr. Young is in the process of completing his Professional Background Screening Association certification.



Jennifer joined ISB Global Services in 2018 specializing in the Employment Background Screening division. Jennifer brings an extremely high standard of customer service and productivity to the division from her lengthy career in food service industry.
Now as the Contract Services Manager, Jennifer is responsible for the day to day operations of the entire Employment Background Screening division.
In addition to constant process improvement, Jennifer ensures that the highest level of service is maintained while maintaining strict privacy compliance.
