ISB is looking for new Bilingual Information Specialists to join our Team!
ISB Global Services (ISB) is a trusted provider of background checks, driver qualification systems, supply chain security programs, insurance technology (insurtech), insurance-related documents and insurance-specific investigative services for small, medium and large-sized institutions.
Position: Information Specialist – Bilingual
Location: 100 Stone Road W. Suite 203 – in office position 5 days, 9am-5pm
Hourly Rate (40 hours per week): $20.45 / hour
Information Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process documents for insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the precision of reports and results delivered to clients.
- Maintain professionalism in interactions with ISB clients and vendors across North America.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Handle mail (both physical and electronically) promptly and efficiently.
- Meet monthly and yearly goals and expectations.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, seminars, and events as assigned by the Team Lead or Operations Manager.
Bilingual Information Specialist Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- High school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Warm and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior involvement in inbound call settings or call center environments, ideally with a minimum of two years' experience, is preferred.
Additional Considerations:
- Strong regional knowledge within Ontario would be highly beneficial.
