Position: Business Analyst
Location: Guelph, ON (Hybrid: 2+ days in office)
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate performance of operations and presenting recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyzing the pertinent metrics and data to identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
  • Working with the Director of Operations to optimize scheduling and workflow of the operations staff.
  • Manage projects, develop project plans and oversee tasks.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Active FCRA Certification required or ability to re-certify within 30 days of hire
  • Thorough grasp of products and technology, coupled with organizational skills enabling efficient management and prioritization of multiple account management tasks, all while meeting stringent deadlines
  • Possessing a meticulous attention to detail with a keen focus on procedural excellence, coupled with robust problem-solving skills
