Position Overview:

You will manage the end-to-end RFP process, build scalable content libraries, and translate complex compliance and technical concepts into persuasive, client-ready narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal & RFP Development
- Lead the full lifecycle of RFP, RFQ, and proposal responses related to background screening and compliance solutions.
- Craft compelling, technically accurate responses that highlight oneBADGE’s capabilities, security, integrations, and compliance framework.
- Tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders including procurement teams, HR leaders, legal teams, and IT departments.
Compliance & Technical Content
- Develop detailed descriptions of screening services including criminal, employment, education, identity, MVR, and drug testing.
- Ensure all proposal content reflects compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. FCRA, PIPEDA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO standards where applicable).
- Translate technical features (APIs, automation, integrations, data security) into clear business value.
Content Library & Knowledge Management
- Build and maintain a centralized proposal content library, including standardized answers, case studies, and compliance narratives.
- Continuously refine messaging based on market trends, client feedback, and product enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Legal, Sales, and Product teams to gather insights and validate technical and regulatory claims.
- Manage timelines and inputs from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions.
- Present proposal strategies, platform capabilities, and compliance positioning to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
Strategic Positioning
- Strengthen ISB’s positioning as a trusted compliance and technology partner.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the storytelling around oneBADGE in proposals and commercial materials.
Requirements Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proposal, RFP, or technical writing experience in professional services, HR tech, compliance, SaaS, or security.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven environments.
- Exceptional writing, research, and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience working with RFP tools (e.g., Responsive / RFPIO) or structured proposal workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and digital productivity tools to enhance proposal quality, accelerate research, and improve efficiency across the RFP lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in background screening, HR technology, risk, or data privacy.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and privacy regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals in parallel with strong project management skills.
